Book Fair - 7, 8 & 9 April



Scholastic and Kids2day International are coming to Stonehill for three days during Book Week. Start thinking about books you might be interested in buying. You never know you just might find it at the Book Fair.

On Tuesday, we received more Alan Gibbons books, including some books that you can buy. We'll share more information about his books over the next few days.

Book Week - Dress up as your favourite character

Book Week is April 6 -10.
On Friday 10 April, you can come to school dressed up as a book character. If you’re stuck for ideas for book characters, click HERE for photos of some children dressed up as book characters and instructions on how to make the costumes.

Alan Gibbons Books - update

Some students have been asking if they will be able to buy Alan Gibbons books and if he will then sign the books. Well, the answer is Yes! Alan Gibbons has couriered some of his books to us. However,  we don’t have a list of what he has sent. The books are due to arrive this week. I’ll post a message when we receive them.
 
It’s great to see that the Alan Gibbons books are being borrowed. If you borrow an Alan Gibbons book, please return it to the Library ASAP so others can read it. Posters of the Alan Gibbons books have been displayed on bulletin boards in the Library.
